Technical Training:
Uploading a Carousel to Squarespace 7.0
I delivered rapid training on Slack for a team member who was new to the tech tools we were using on a project.
The team member was immediately able to create a carousel for our ENG 101 project.
I then created this handout to automate training for future team members.
Rubric - Writing Objectives
I noticed interns struggled with writing effective performance objectives and aligning assessments and content with those objectives.
I created this rubric and delivered rapid training that helped interns identify:
1) characteristics of good performance objectives,
2) areas of personal growth, and
3) strategies for improvement.
Onboarding Branching Scenario

Objectives:
Simulate realistic challenges new interns/employees will likely face in their new role.
Encourage new interns/employees to make appropriate decisions during simulation challenges.
Assess the decisions of new interns/employees.
Authoring Tools:

Synthesia - for a realistic avatar.
